Internships and BootCamp training camps are designed to instill in the trainee the spirit of comradeship, a strong mental set up, a strong reaction in case he/she will be in a situation where he/she will have to defend his/her life or personal bodily integrity and that of those around him/her, and to develop civic spirit. The aim is also to remove young people from the scourge of drugs and alcohol through activities of this kind. Good physical fitness, a stronger respiratory system, discipline and basic first-aid techniques for puncture wounds, cuts and gunshot wounds. For the more introverted it is a good method of integration – socialization.
